So, I did me a challenge today.

10 reps in the Power Clean “How heavy”

The goal was to stick to 10 reps for as long as possible, without breaking form too much.

2 min rest between sets.

40 x10

60 x10

75 x10

90 x10

100 x7   it ended here…

In the end it was more like a cardio session cuz my lungs was on fire.

Did a couple sets of swings and overhead pressing

4rounds of

Kb swings 16-20reps 48kg

BB Overhead press x3 70kg
